Start City: Ex-Dehradun> Haridwar> Rishikesh> Chopta
Upon arrival you will be provided assistance followed by direct drive to Haridwar. Haridwar is ‘The Gateway to Lord Vishnu’, it is holiest city with high religious importance in Indian culture. The sacrosanct city, believed to be salvation giver. After wash and change proceed to spot famous places of Haridwar which is Shanti Kunj, Daksh Mandir and Bharat Mata Mandir and participate in Ganga Arti at Har ki Pauri and return back into the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast proceed drive to Chopta via Devprayag & Rudraprayag & pay your offering to Dhari Devi Temple in Srinagar. Later continue drive to Chopta. Chopta is an exquisite place, also known as ‘Mini Switzerland of India’. Camping at this heavenly place along with trekking to Tungnath – Chandershila is the lifetime experience. Overnight stay at Chopta.
After early breakfast proceed trek to Tungnath through dense forest and enticing meadows, it is a 3 Kms trek. Tungnath is situated at the height of 3680mts above sea level. After resting for a while, you can head for (moonstone) Chandrashila peak which is 1 km ahead. The summit offer 360 degree view of surrounding & magnificient wide view of the snow-capped Himalayas. Return back to basecamp for overnight stay.
After breakfast proceed drive towards Rishikesh. On arrival spot famous local places like Lakshman Jhula - a famous hanging bridge across the river Ganges followed by Tera Manila temple, Geeta Bhawan & Ram Jhula. In the evening spot the famous Ganga Arti at Triveni Ghat, and explore the markets. Later check into the hotel for an overnight stay
After early breakfast proceed for enthralling experience of River Rafting. The navigation is gentle with few patches of rapid 3+ on the Ganga River. During river rafting you will also enjoy body surfing and cliff jumping from the height of 20 feet which is also exciting experience. Later return at the hotel, after wash & change you will provided timely drop Dehradun airport to connect for onward destination.
