Itinerary (Day Wise)

Begin your journey from Rishikesh to Joshimath with a scenic 9-hour drive through the Garhwal Himalayas. On the second day, enjoy a thrilling Auli sightseeing tour via ropeway or local transport, surrounded by snow-covered peaks and lush slopes. Day three takes you from Joshimath to Chopta, followed by the famous Tungnath-Chandrashila trek, offering panoramic Himalayan views. Conclude your adventure with a peaceful drive back to Rishikesh, cherishing the unforgettable memories of Auli and Chopta.

Day 1

Rishikesh – Joshimath (Drive – 265 km/09 hrs approx.)

Early morning pickup from Rishikesh & and proceed drive to Joshimath via famous Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karanprayag, and Nandaprayag by evening you will reach Joshimath. On arrival check in to the hotel and rest. overnight stay at Joshimath. (Dinner included)

Day 2

Joshimath - Auli Sightseeing (Rope way/by local transport)

After breakfast proceed to Auli ropeway, visit Auli Artificial Lake, and trek to Gurson Bugyal which requires approx 3 km hike one way. Gurson Bugyal is a picturesque meadow that offers to impose Himalayan peak views i.e. Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Dron Parvat. Overnight stay at Auli. (Breakfast and dinner included)


Note: - Please note that during this period generally, there will be heavy snowfall so need to hire a local jeep (at extra cost) to reach the hotel/camp in Auli & Chopta and if the drive will be possible then the same car will drop you to the booked hotel/camp.

Day 3

Joshimath – Chopta ( Drive - 110 km/ 04 hr. approx) Chopta Tunganath – Chandrashilla Trek.

After breakfast proceeds drive to Chopta, on arrival check into camp. Later embark for the Tungnath trek through dense forest and enticing meadows, it is a 3 km trek. Tungnath is situated at a height of 3680 mts above sea level. After resting for a while, you can head for (moonstone) Chandrashilla Peak which is 1 km ahead. The summit offers a 360-degree view of the surroundings & magnificent wide view of the snow-capped Himalayas. Post-visit return back into the hotel for an overnight stay (Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 4

Chopta – Rishikesh (Drive – 165 km/ 06 hrs approx. )

After breakfast proceed to drive back to Rishikesh & pay your offering to Dhari Devi temple in Srinagar. After dropping by your location tour will end with happy memories. (Breakfast included)
