About The Package

According to history, the Pandavas were guilty of killing their cousins & relatives, in the battle of Mahabharata. In order to get rid of their sins, they went in search of Lord Shiva to seek his blessings. But Lord Shiva was deeply annoyed with Pandavas & took refuge in form of a bull at Kedarnath. When Pandavas came to know about his location, they approached him but Lord Shiva disappeared into the ground. Later his body parts reappeared at different locations which are popularly known as Panch Kedar. His Hump appeared in Kedarnath, Arms surfaced at Tungnath, face at Rudranath & hairs at Kapleshwar.

Panch Kedar Complete Guide

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Haridwar – Ransi (Drive - 230 Kms/7 hrs approx.)
Morning start drives to Ransi. Ransi is the starting point of Madhyamaheshwar Trek. Night halt at Ransi Village.
Day 2 Ransi – Bantoli via Gaundhar (Trek 8 Kms approx)
It will easy walk on descending trail with a level walk alongside river with a stretch of moderate ascent. Night stay at Bantoli
Day 3 Bantoli– Madhyamaheshwar (Trek 10 Kms approx)
Today trek will start with moderate ascent on the well-marked trail which get tougher as you ascend to Khatra Khal, Nanoor, Maikhamba. Night stay at Madhyamaheshwar.
Day 4 Madhyamaheshwar – Budha Madhyamaheshwar (Trek 1.5 Kms one way) Madhyamaheshwar – Gaundhar ( Trek – 10 Kms)
Wake up early to reach Buda Madhyamaheshwar before sunrise to witness first sunray turning Chaukhamba massif gleaming. After breakfast will start downhill trek to Gaundhar for overnight halt.
Day 5 Gaundhar – Ransi (6 Kms Trek back) Ransi – Sagar (Drive 40 Kms/02 hrs approx)
Start trek back to Ransi, on arrival proceed drive to Sagar for overnight halt.
Day 6 Sagar – Panar Bugyal (Trek 10 Kms)
Commence the uphill trek to Panar Bugyal which passes through Pun Bugyal, Mauli Karak, Luiti Bugyal. Night stay at Panar.
Day 7 Panar Bugyal - Rudranath (Trek 8 km)
Start the hike on gradient path with level walk & down-hill descent after Pitradhar further 1 Km till Naola Pass. From Naola Pass, there will be further 4 Kms trek to Rudranath.
Day 8 Rudranath – Panar Bugyal (Trek back)
After morning blissfull darshan of Rudranath, start trek back to Panarbugyal for night halt.
Day 9 Panar bugyal– Sagar Village (Trek back) Sagar Village - Chopta (Drive-30 km/ 01 hr approx)
Morning sloping back to Sagar and on arrival proceed drive to Chopta for overnight halt.
Day 10 Chopta – Tungnath ( Trek – 4 Kms) & Tunganth – Chopta (Trek back) Chopta – Sonprayag (Drive – 70 Kms/02 Hrs approx)
The trail to Tungnath temple is moderate with steep climb in some stretches however scenic view of surrounding keep rejuvenate the climbers. After darshan of Tungnath temple trek back to Chopta, on arrival drive to Sonprayag for overnight halt.
Day 11 Sonprayag – Gaurikund (Drive -5 Km/20 mins approx) Gaurikund – Kedarnath (Trek-17 km one way)
Start early in morning to reach Gaurikund on time. On arrival start ardous walk on well paved trail to Kedarnath, entire route is steep with level walk at few stretches. Overnight stay at Kedarnath.
Day 12 Kedarnath - Gaurikund (Trek back) Gaurikund-Kund (Drive-40 km/ 02 hr approx)
After breakfast start trek down to Gaurikund and on arrival proceed drive to Kund for overnight stay.
Day 13 Kund - Urgam ( Drive 130 Kms/06 Hrs approx)
Morning start drive towards Urgam Via Helang. Urgam is beautiful small village upheld rustic lifestyle of simple Himalayan villages, place is blessed with unspoilt natural grandeur.
Day 14 Urgam – Kalpeshwar (Trek- 02 Km) Kalpeshwar – Urgam (Trek back) Urgam – Haridwar (330 Km/10 hr approx)
It is an easy trek of 2 kms from Urgam village of Helang. Post darshan return back to Urgam & start drive to Haridwar to connect for onward destination.

Trekking stick (not compulsory)

Trekking or hiking shoes

Sunscreen lotion, lip balms, skin ointment and first aid kit/basic medications (or prescribed if any)

Torch or flashlights with extra cells and bulbs

Any travel, medical health insurance, or any other expenses incurred due to bad weather, road closure, landslides, etc. and anything not specified in cost included.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 46 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.

Cancellations received within 45-31 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.

Cancellations received within 30 -15 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.

Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.

Unused services are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
