DAY 01: DELHI- DHANAULTI (310 KMS, 08 HRS APPROX) Early morning depart for Dhanaulti, a surreal & pristine hill station of Uttarakhand. Check in at the camp & unwind after long journey. Enjoy salubrious evening with tea/coffee followed with bonfire & music. Dinner and overnight stay in camp.
DAY 02: DHANAULTI

DAY 01: DELHI- DHANAULTI (310 KMS, 08 HRS APPROX) Early morning depart for Dhanaulti, a surreal & pristine hill station of Uttarakhand. Check in at the camp & unwind after long journey. Enjoy salubrious evening with tea/coffee followed with bonfire & music. Dinner and overnight stay in camp.
DAY 02: DHANAULTI After breakfast get ready to test your mountaineering skills by undertaking a rock climbing and a rappelling excursion. Indulge in some thrilling activities like river crossing, Burma Bridge, Valley Crossing, Commando net, Suspension Bridge and parallel rope etc. After activities get back to campsite for lunch and take rest. In the evening get ready for some crazy fun games like Soft Ball, badminton, volleyball, Tire Crossing, cricket etc. Enjoy cup of hot tea/coffee followed by Bonfire & music. Retire for the day after scrumptious dinner.
DAY 03: DHANAULTI- DELHI (310 KMS, 08 HRS APPROX) In morning after breakfast drive back to Delhi with many dazzling memories.
Accommodation at tents/camps/dome tents on Twin/ Double/triple occupancy.
Inclusive of transport services by AC Indigo/Swift Dzire as per the above itinerary
All meals during the trip.
A Nature Walk.
Bonfire with Music.
All toll, tax, parking and driver allowances are included.
GST
Any International or Domestic Air or Rail Tickets,
Meals/drinks not mentioned.
Any expenses of laundry, porter, tips, camera fee, ropeway charges, entrance charges. Any travel, medical health insurance or any other expenses incurred due to bad weather, road closure, landslides etc. and anything not specified in cost included.
Any increase in the govt. taxes.
Any service not specified in inclusions.
Cancellations received 46 days (or more) of departure will incur a penalty of 10% per person.
Cancellations received within 45-31 days of departure will incur a penalty of 25% per person.
Cancellations received within 30 -15 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% per person.
Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
Unused services are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
Wildlife Safaris booking cancellation: Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment will be refunded/ adjusted against it.
Some cancellation/refund policies are as per suppliers:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy.
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy.
Note: For the Long weekend, X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-refundable.
