Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Dehradun to Sankri. (188 Kms drive approx)
The drive from Dehradun to Sankri is a nature filed and picturesque hill drive of 7-8 hours about 188 Km ride via Mussoorie, Damta, Naugaon, Purola, Mori and Naitwar. Upon Arrival at Sankri Village, meet our host and rest at the guesthouse. If time permits you can explore the village or just walk around Sankri for a peaceful evening.
Day 2 Sankri to Juda Ka Talab. (Trek - 05 hrs approx)
After breakfast commence trek for Juda Ka Talab. The trail continues through Saud village which is a mild climb followed by steep gradient trail of 4-5 hours with level walks through the dense wooded alpine forest and opens into a grassy meadow. Juda Ka Talab is a frozen lake that is enchanting campsite which is encircled with pine and oak trees and mountain slopes. Camp here for an overnight stay, enjoy the scenic view and majestic view of Swargarohini peak.
Day 3 Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base Camp. (Trek - 05 hrs approx)
Today's trail will be much steeper through dense forests of pine and oak trees. It is total course of 4-5 hours starting with ascent on ridge with easy walk on grassland with tough climb to Kedarkantha base. However the scenic beauty of the trail & the rewarding view of mighty Kala Nag, Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch keeps rejuvenate the hikers. The camp site offers the picturesque views and is the main highlight of the trek.
Day 4 Kedarkantha Base Camp to Kedarkantha Summit and descend to Hargaon (Trek - 08 hrs approx)
We will start early to reach summit to witness the glorious sunrise at the peak which turns mighty peaks into glittering Golden colour. It start with modest forest climb which gets steeper as we move closer to summit. At peak you will enjoy the spectacular view of the Dhauladhar range, Chainsheel Pass, Har ki Dun valley and Rupin valley, Swargarohini, Black Peak and Bandarpoonch. Spend some time at Summit & later retrek back to Hargaon & camp overnight here.
Day 5 Hargaon to Sankri (Trek- 4 hrs approx)
After early breakfast trek back to Sankri.
Day 6 Sankri to Dehradun (188 Kms drive approx)
Drive to Dehradun
