Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Manali & Manali local tour
Reach Manali by 0800 AM, proceed ahead toward the booked hotels. After refreshment it is time to cover beautiful attraction of Manali, will start by covering “Hadimba temple & Ghatotkach Temple”. Hadimba Temple was built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four-tiered pagoda roof; it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway. “Clubhouse” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller-skating rink, zip line auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes a wonderful outing for the day. Later bath yourselves in Sage Vashisht’s Hot Springs containing medical properties. Nearby to the Hot spring are temples of Lord Shiva and Lord Ram. Visit Tibetan Monastery & Van Vihar, Evening visit Mall Road. Overnight Stay at Manali hotel.
Day 2 Manali – Kaza (Drive – 200 Kms/8 hrs approx)
This is captivating drive of nearly 8-9 hrs covering nearly 200 kms. This captivating journey takes you through the enchanting landscapes of Rohtang Pass and Kunzum-la Pass, with the added charm of an early morning departure. The breathtaking vistas of mountain ranges, meandering riverbeds, and snow-covered peaks will captivate you throughout the drive. Complete your day by relaxing once you reach Kaza, your halt place for today.
Day 3 Kaza – Nako (Drive – 120 Kms/ 3.30 hrs approx)
Proceed for the drive to Nako, on route venture towards Dhankar Monastery, perched dramatically on a craggy cliff. The panoramic views from this ancient site are simply breathtaking, offering a sense of serenity amidst the rugged landscape. As you explore the monastery, discover its historical importance as a former capital of Spiti and its role in preserving ancient Buddhist scriptures.

Next, proceed to the revered Tabo Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, boasting a history spanning over a millennium. Marvel at the exquisite murals, intricate frescoes, and ancient sculptures that adorn the monastery's walls, providing glimpses into the art and spirituality of bygone eras. Nearby, the Tabo Caves, known as "phukpas," hold immense significance as meditation chambers used by devoted monks. Day 4 Nako – Kaza (Drive – 120 Kms/4 Hrs approx)
Today will explore the hidden gems of Spiti Valley, the nearby villages of Langza, Hikkim, and Komik, each holding its own unique allure. Morning will proceed drive back to Kaza, on arrival check in and after freshen up will head to Langza, also known as the Fossil Village of India. Take in the stunning views of the towering mountains that surround this quaint village. Marvel at the abundance of marine fossils found in the area, providing a fascinating glimpse into the Earth's ancient history. Next will proceed toward Hikkim, a serene village with a significant claim to fame – it houses the World's Highest Post Office. Send a postcard from this extraordinary location, and it'll undoubtedly become a cherished memento of your trip. Continue journey to Komik, an elevated village connected by a motorable road. Here, you'll find an ancient Monastery, steeped in spirituality and revered by locals and visitors alike. Day 5 Kaza – Chandertal (Drive 100 Kms/3 hrs approx)
After immersing yourself in the charm of the iconic Key Monastery. Perched majestically on a hilltop, the monastery offers awe-inspiring views of the surrounding landscape. Explore its intricate architecture, prayer halls, and historic artifacts, as well as soak in the spiritual ambience that pervades the site.

Then head to visit Kibber Village. Adorned with traditional houses and nestled amidst snow-capped peaks, Kibber is a photographer's paradise. Stroll through the village, interact with the friendly locals, and take in the serene beauty that surrounds you. Embark on an unforgettable journey from Kaza to Chandertal, via Chicham Bridge. Chandertal is spellbinding high-altitude lake nestled amidst the majestic Himalayas, En route, you'll encounter charming villages that seem untouched by time, each with its own unique culture and warm hospitality. As you journey further, you'll pass through high-altitude passes, such as Kunzum La, standing tall at an elevation of over 4,500 meters, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and mountains. Soon, you'll catch your first glimpse of the mesmerizing Chandertal Lake, also known as the Moon Lake, due to its crescent shape. Day 6 Chandertal – Manali (Drive 120 Kms/4 hrs approx)
Today will start early following a delectable breakfast at the Chandertal campsite since the final leg of your Manali-Kaza journey proves to be an exhilarating day, en route, you'll traverse the stunning landscapes of Atal Tunnel and Kunzum Pass. By evening will reach followed by a drop to Manali Bus stop to connect to the onward destination.
